What is public
Your submitted word, display name, selected country, takeover price, and reign timestamps appear publicly and may be included in permanent history, rankings, and share cards. Do not submit personal or sensitive information.
What we collect
We retain order identifiers, payment provider references, transaction amount and status, timestamps, accepted terms version, and an optional social profile URL. IP addresses are hashed with a server secret for abuse prevention; hashes can still be personal data. We do not collect precise location.
Payments
Stripe processes payment information on its own checkout. We do not store card numbers. Stripe may collect billing, fraud-prevention, and contact information under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
Necessary secure cookies keep track of a guest order and an administrator session. If configured, Plausible measures aggregate page views and interaction events. Do not include words, usernames, or payment details in analytics events.
Use and retention
We use this information to process participation, maintain public history, moderate content, prevent abuse, and meet recordkeeping obligations. The operator must configure and publish a retention schedule and deletion process before launch.
