What a purchase promises
Your purchase pays for participation and temporary placement after payment verification. It does not promise a minimum reign, financial return, prize, or a particular number of viewers. Another person taking over is the normal service.
Technical failures
If payment is confirmed but the reserved takeover cannot be fulfilled, the system requests a refund. Duplicate charges or other technical errors should be reported with your order or payment reference. Do not send full card details.
Moderated words
Removal of content for violating the rules does not automatically guarantee a refund. We assess requests against the circumstances and applicable consumer rights.
Timing and rights
Refunds are returned through the original payment provider. The provider and bank determine processing time. Nothing here limits any non-waivable cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights.
How to request a review
Contact the operator using the address below and include your order reference and reason. The operator must publish its legal identity and working support address before accepting payments.
