The experiment
LastWord.lol sells temporary public placement of one word, a display name, and a country. A successful payment does not buy intellectual property, a prize, an investment, or a financial return.
Your reign
Placement begins only after verified payment and ends when a later takeover succeeds or the platform moderates the word. There is no guaranteed minimum duration, audience, traffic, or exclusivity beyond the displayed placement. The word can be replaced immediately.
Who can participate
You must be at least 18, able to enter this agreement, and authorized to use the payment method and submitted content. Guest names are not verified identities. Do not impersonate people or organizations.
Price and payment
The server displays a USD price before checkout and reserves one checkout at a time. Any currency conversion or bank charges are determined by your payment provider. A failed or abandoned checkout does not grant placement.
Submitted content
You retain any rights you hold in your content and grant the operator permission to display it, archive your reign, and include it in sharing cards for this experiment. You must have the rights and permission needed to submit it.
Moderation and availability
We may reject or remove prohibited content, suspend submissions, or pause or end a season. Removal does not automatically entitle a purchaser to a refund; the refund policy and mandatory consumer rights apply. No uninterrupted availability is promised.
